- Assist Talent acquisition and Recruiter coordinator to streamline the recruitment timeline by managing the schedule for the selection process each day, ensuring the swift movement of candidates through various stages, and regularly analyzing data to assess what’s effective and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify at least one significant initiative within the recruitment team, which will have a substantial and measurable positive impact on the overall team’s efficiency, productivity, or effectiveness. This project should demonstrate your ability to take ownership, think critically, and drive meaningful change within the organization.

- Currently enrolled in a university preferably in Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
