- Strong knowledge of financial documentation, invoicing, and record-keeping practices.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations to ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both paper and electronic filing systems efficiently.
- Knowledge of general office management practices, including procurement and vendor relations.
- Quick to adapt and flexible to dynamic environment.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging video content for various platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and execute the production process.
- Add motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and sound design to enhance the quality and appeal of the final product.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content under tight deadlines.
- Assist with basic voice-over recording, camera setups, sound mixing, and color grading when required.
- Maintain consistent video quality and follow brand guidelines throughout the editing process.
- Contribute to brainstorming and creative sessions for new video ideas and concepts.
- Minimum 1-year experience in video editing is a plus; however, fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Relevant experience in the media industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, film production, or cinematography is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of voice-over recording, camera operation, sound mixing, and color grading.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and other video editing software.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through video.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Assist in creating visual content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- Portfolio of work.
- Quick to adapt & flexible in dynamic environment.
